If you feel the products you received from revelryhairco.com do not meet expectations, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 30 days from delivery.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:
We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you with in fourteen (14) working days of our notification.
This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.revelryhairco.com if you purchased your item from somewhere else; please understand that each retail outlet has its own return policy.
THE RETURNS PROCESS
Please ensure the returned parcel is properly sealed and you have enclosed your completed returns form with your merchandise within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods. Include a copy of your reciept and the reason for return in your package.
Please note there may be a delay in processing your return if your receipt is not included.

You should retain the recorded delivery receipt from Australia Post and use a method of post that can be tracked in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
Your return will be processed within 14 working days of arrival to our distribution center. Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order.
