Depending on your hair growth cycle it can take up to 12 weeks for you to see results from our tonics & serums.  With that in mind and so you don’t rush the process we offer a 90-day return policy on all open & unopened tonics & serums. To qualify for the refund, you need to contact us at info@revelryhairco.com within 90 days of the purchase ship date. 

All other products have a no questions asked 30-day return policy. To qualify for the refund, you need to contacts us at info@revelryhairco.com within 30 days of the purchase ship date. 

Subscriptions The first order of any subscription can be returned as per the returns policy.  Subsequent shipments can be stopped or rescheduled at any time therefore cannot be returned. You can manage your subscription online or contact us info@revelryhairco.com

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

We are unable to offer returns on ‘sale’ items unless faulty or wrongly described. 

We do not refund shipping charges or provide free return shipping labels.

If you require an exchange, we will send the replacement products within seven (7) days of receiving your returned products.

If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within seven (7) days of receiving your returned products.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online at www.revelryhairco.com if you purchased your item from another retailer contact them directly. Please understand that each retail outlet has its own return policy.

THE RETURNS PROCESS 

Email us at info@revelryhairco.com to advise us of your return.  

Please ensure the returned parcel is properly sealed and you have enclosed a copy of your receipt.  Please note there may be a delay in processing your return if your receipt is not included.

You should retain the recorded delivery receipt from Australia Post and use a method of post that can be tracked in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

Your return will be processed within 7 working days of arrival to our distribution centre. Once we have processed your return, we will notify you via the email address provided with your original online order.
